Welcome to PrimePlus Store. By accessing our store and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Store Operation and Reseller Status
PrimePlus Store operates strictly as an independent reseller.** We curate and list products for sale, but we do not manufacture, warehouse, or hold inventory for any of the items featured on our storefront.
2. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
We partner exclusively with Meesho for all product sourcing and logistics.
• Sourcing: All products purchased through PrimePlus Store are sourced directly from suppliers listed on Meesho.
• Shipping and Delivery: The packaging, dispatch, shipping, and final delivery of all orders are managed and executed entirely by Meesho and their designated third-party courier partners.
• Delivery Timelines: Any delivery dates provided are estimates based on Meesho's logistics network. PrimePlus Store is not responsible for shipping delays, misrouted packages, or transit damages.
3. Product Quality and Descriptions
• Supplier Responsibility: While we strive to feature high-quality products, the physical goods are manufactured and supplied by third-party vendors on the Meesho platform. PrimePlus Store does not provide any direct warranties or guarantees on the manufacturing quality, durability, or safety of the products.
• Accuracy of Listings: Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided by the original suppliers. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors or the supplier's sizing charts will be 100% accurate.
4. Pricing and Payments
• Pricing: All listed prices are final and include our reseller margin. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is offered, buyers must pay the exact invoice amount to the delivery executive before opening the package, in accordance with standard courier protocols.
5. Limitation of Liability
PrimePlus Store acts solely as a sales intermediary. Under no circumstances shall PrimePlus Store, its owners, or its affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
• The use or inability to use the products purchased.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions provided by suppliers.
• Actions, delays, or operational failures of Meesho or its logistics partners.
By completing a purchase with PrimePlus Store, you acknowledge and agree that your order will be fulfilled and delivered by Meesho, and you accept the terms outlined above.

• सोर्सिंग (Sourcing): प्राइमप्लस स्टोर के माध्यम से खरीदे गए सभी उत्पाद सीधे Meesho पर लिस्टेड सप्लायर्स (विक्रेताओं) से मंगाए जाते हैं।
• शिपिंग और डिलीवरी (Shipping and Delivery): सभी ऑर्डर्स की पैकेजिंग, डिस्पैच, शिपिंग और अंतिम डिलीवरी पूरी तरह से Meesho और उनके द्वारा तय किए गए थर्ड-पार्टी कूरियर पार्टनर्स द्वारा की जाती है।
• डिलीवरी का समय: डिलीवरी की जो भी तारीख बताई जाती है, वह Meesho के कूरियर नेटवर्क पर आधारित एक अनुमान होती है। शिपिंग में देरी, पैकेज के गलत जगह पहुँचने या रास्ते में सामान के डैमेज होने के लिए प्राइमप्लस स्टोर जिम्मेदार नहीं है|

4. मूल्य निर्धारण और भुगतान (Pricing and Payments)
• कीमतें (Pricing): लिस्ट की गई सभी कीमतें अंतिम हैं और इसमें हमारा रीसेलर मार्जिन शामिल है। बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के कीमतें बदली जा सकती हैं।
• कैश ऑन डिलीवरी (COD): यदि COD का विकल्प दिया गया है, तो कूरियर के मानक नियमों के अनुसार, खरीदारों को पैकेज खोलने से पहले डिलीवरी बॉय को बिल की पूरी रकम चुकानी होगी।
5. देयता की सीमा (Limitation of Liability)
प्राइमप्लस स्टोर केवल एक सेल्स मध्यस्थ (Sales Intermediary) के रूप में कार्य करता है। किसी भी परिस्थिति में प्राइमप्लस स्टोर, इसके मालिकों या सहयोगियों को निम्नलिखित कारणों से होने वाले किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष, अप्रत्यक्ष या आकस्मिक नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराया जाएगा:
• खरीदे गए उत्पादों का उपयोग करने से या उपयोग न कर पाने से।
• सप्लायर्स द्वारा दिए गए उत्पाद विवरण में गलतियों या कमी से।
• Meesho या उनके कूरियर पार्टनर्स के कार्यों, देरी या सिस्टम की विफलताओं से।
प्राइमप्लस स्टोर के साथ खरीदारी पूरी करके, आप यह स्वीकार करते हैं और सहमत होते हैं कि आपका ऑर्डर Meesho द्वारा पूरा और डिलीवर किया जाएगा, और आप ऊपर बताई गई शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं।
